1. Why was The Outsiders banned from public schools after it was published?               The outsiders is a book written by S.E Hinton. The outsiders was banned for a couple of reasons.The outsiders was banned from schools because of its profanity. Another reason it was banned was because of its teenage violence. Why did SE Hinton write The Outsiders?       S.E Hinton wrote The Outsiders For plenty of reasons.One of the reasons SE Hinton wrote The Outsiders is because her hero was a greaser and an outsider. 4. Who is SE Hinton anyways?  Tell about her life.    Some people don’t know Se Hinton or Susan Eloise Hinton is. Susan was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She wrote and published her first book the outsiders in 1967 when she was only 17.Some people know her for that or for some of her other novels like Rumble Fish(1975) or Tex(1979). That is her life and some of her greatest accomplishments.
