On the Internet, read a biography about the author of your IRB.  How do you see the traditions, heritage, attitudes, or beliefs (pick one) of the author in your book?  Type the date and the question.  Make sure to highlight the statement, proper nouns or numbers, and conclusion.

Peg Kehret shows her attitudes and beliefs in her storys. Peg is very protective of animals and she shows it in her storys. In the story "Runaway Twin" the main character "Sunny" finds a stray dog and buy a leash, a collar, and a box of  dog treats. Sunny couldn't leave the dog behind so she took it with her on her journey to find her long lost sister"Starr".Before Sunny leaves she find a bag of money that she uses on her long journey.

How does the setting affect the meaning of the story?

In the story "the ghost grave" the setting effects the meaning of the story. The setting in my IRB effects the meaning of the story when Josh goes into the forest .In my IRB the setting isn't major, its a small city where everyone knows each other. My story can be located in many diffrent  places. It only rains a couple times but that happens in alot of place. It would make sense for my story to take place in highland because Highland is a small town.
